Raised in Venice Beach, California, Marco Bollinger has always had a passion for telling stories through images. While studying Film and Literature at UCLA, he began working his way through the media industry from MAD TV to eventually producing programming for LATV Spanish music television in Los Angeles.
In 2003, Marco became the Director of Media for Onestop Internet and helped grow the small startup into the e-commerce giant they are today. Marco created an online image presences for their extensive client roster, including True Religion, 7 for All Mankind, Alpine Stars, J Brand, Dickies Girl and many more.
His travels through Eastern Europe, South and Central America and Asia awakened a new perspective and a love for people, places and life. His creative direction has developed its own aesthetic in which people and brands are enhanced by nostalgic locations, engaging story lines and a radiance flowing from the imagery he creates.
In 2005, Marco opened his first photo studio in the Bergamot Station Arts District located in Santa Monica, California. Shortly after, Marco became the Director of Media for the Whitespeed Branding Agency. Today, Marco had studios in Los Angeles and New York, and often travels between Miami, San Francisco, Peru, Colombia and Tokyo on a regular basis for his clients.
